Terms.

• You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
• An order is not accepted until we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order.

Every capsule is produced in a limited run. Once a piece sells out it will not be restocked in the same colorway. Colors on screen are shown as accurately as we can capture them; slight variation from garment to garment is a signature of small-batch dyeing.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is captured when your order is placed.
• If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

Shipping timing and rates live on our Shipping page. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns policy.

The Audacity Avenue name, marks, capsule names, garment artwork, photography, and site copy are our property. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.

Do not use the site to break the law, scrape, disrupt service, resell using bots, or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders that appear to be automated or fraudulent.

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page is the current one; the effective date above indicates the last change.
